Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: You may return items within 7 days after delivery.
• Item Condition: We only accept returns for items in New condition.
• Return Method: Returns must be brought in-store.
• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible returned items.
• Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
• Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days after receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item

1. Within 7 days after delivery, bring the item to our store at Shop 213, 2nd Floor, Nyandarua House, Nairobi CBD, Kenya.
2. Our store hours are Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Sat: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
3. Please bring your order number and the item in New condition with its original packaging, accessories and manuals.
4. If you would like to confirm anything before visiting, contact us by phone/WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days after we receive the returned item. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or banking password.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us. We will confirm whether the cancellation has been completed.
