These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Veetech Ladders, a supplier of security equipment and ladders based at Shop 213, 2nd Floor, Nyandarua House, Nairobi CBD, Kenya. Phone/WhatsApp: +254 794 040 771. Email: info@veetechkenya.co.ke. Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Sat: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

2. Products & Information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Specifications come from the manufacturer or supplier and may change without notice; product photos are for illustration and packaging may differ. Please confirm that a product suits your needs (for example camera resolution, compatibility, power requirements) before ordering. If you are unsure, call or WhatsApp us first.

Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the products we sell. We are an independent reseller and do not claim to be an official or authorised distributor of any brand unless a product page says so.

3. Prices

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and apply to deliveries within Kenya. Where a product page shows a crossed-out earlier price, that is the price the item was previously sold at in our shop or on this site. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout. If we discover a pricing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no charge.

4. Availability

Stock shown on the website is updated as orders are placed, but items can occasionally sell out in our shop. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a later delivery date, or cancellation at no charge.

5. Placing an Order & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order with you by phone, WhatsApp or email and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where the delivery details are unreachable or an item is unavailable, and will tell you if we do.

6. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is due in full, in cash, when the order is delivered or collected. We do not take card or mobile-money payments on this website.

7. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery areas, fees and timelines are in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are in our Return & Refund Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when you have paid.

8. Warranty

Where a warranty applies, its length is stated on the product page. Warranty terms are explained in section 6 (Warranties and Defective Products) of the Return & Refund Policy.

9. Installation & Safe Use

Security, electrical and electric-fence equipment must be installed and used safely and in line with Kenyan law and the manufacturer's instructions. Electric fences and CCTV in particular may be subject to licensing, safety and privacy requirements. You are responsible for lawful use of the products you buy. We recommend professional installation.

10. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, place false or fraudulent orders, or interfere with its proper functioning. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us (including your name, phone number and delivery address) is accurate and complete.

11. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Veetech Ladders or its owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

12. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect installation or misuse of a product.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will try to resolve any complaint directly first; please contact us using the details above. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the courts of Kenya. This does not affect your right to approach the Kenyan courts or relevant consumer authorities.
