1. Overview

Veetech Kenya provides delivery and installation services for security equipment across Kenya. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment verification. This processing time allows us to:

  • Verify product availability and specifications for security equipment
  • Conduct quality checks on all CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm equipment
  • Securely package items for safe transit
  • Coordinate with our logistics partners for timely delivery

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EAT on weekdays will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Note: Processing time begins once your payment is confirmed and does not include shipping transit time.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver security equipment to customers across Kenya:

  • Nairobi CBD & Surrounding Areas: Same day delivery available
  • Other towns across Kenya: Delivery available via courier partners

4. Delivery Timelines

After the 2-day processing period, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Nairobi: Same day delivery
  • Other locations across Kenya: Maximum 2 days delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and other external factors. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, order size, and weight of security equipment
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase
  • Orders over Ksh 50,000 may qualify for free delivery within Nairobi (excludes installation fees)
  • Heavy items (electric fencing components, large control panels) may incur additional shipping charges
  • Installation services are quoted separately and not included in shipping costs

6. Order Tracking & Communication

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Confirmation email with tracking information (where available)
  • SMS notification with estimated delivery date
  • Phone call from our delivery team 1 hour before arrival (Nairobi area)
  • For upcountry deliveries, tracking updates via SMS or WhatsApp

You can also contact our customer service team at any time for order status updates.

7. Installation Services

  • Professional installation is available for CCTV systems, access control, electric fencing, and alarm systems
  • Installation is scheduled separately after delivery (typically within 3-5 business days)
  • Installation charges are quoted based on system complexity and site visit assessment
  • A site visit may be required before installation for larger commercial systems
  • Installation warranty covers workmanship for 90 days (separate from product warranty)

To schedule installation, please contact us after receiving your delivery confirmation.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Adverse weather conditions affecting road transport
  • Transport or logistics disruptions (strikes, vehicle breakdowns)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
  • Unforeseen product availability issues (we will notify you immediately)
  • Public holidays or peak season volume (December, festive periods)

In case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly via phone or email and provide updated delivery estimates.

9. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule
  • Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges (Ksh 500-1,000 depending on location)
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and subject to restocking fees

10. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery:

  • Check for any visible damage to packaging
  • Verify product matches your order (model, quantity, accessories)
  • For CCTV cameras and electronics, report any issues within 24 hours
  • Do not accept delivery if packaging is severely damaged - contact us immediately

Once you accept delivery, you confirm that the items are in acceptable condition. For concealed damage, report within 24 hours with photos.

11. International Shipping

Currently, Veetech Kenya only ships within Kenya. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For orders outside Kenya, please contact us for special arrangements.
